Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cultures, spending time socialising with friends and family, and keeping active through my love of cricket. These interests reflect the values I bring into my work – connection, balance, and teamwork.

I'm Naila Arshad. I joined Family Mortgage Solutions in 2025 as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. With a wealth of experience in accounts and real estate, I provide clear, practical advice to help clients navigate every stage of the mortgage and protection process smoothly.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking and exploring new recipes, which reflects the creativity, attention to detail, and care I bring into my work with every client.

I focus on creating lasting relationships, helping each client feel cared for and supported every step of the way from first point of contact – right to collecting their keys.
